Meeticule is an AI-powered Mac application designed to help professionals improve their meeting performance through:

• Screen and audio recording capabilities
• AI-powered transcription services
• Real-time meeting analysis and insights
• Performance tracking and improvement recommendations
• Meeting summaries and action item extraction

The Service is provided "as-is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated insights or transcriptions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as necessary.

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through Meeticule, including meeting recordings, transcripts, and notes. By using our Service, you grant Meeticule a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your recordings for transcription and analysis
• Store your content securely to provide the Service
• Generate insights and recommendations based on your data

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to record meetings and must comply with all applicable laws regarding recording and privacy.

5. License to Use Meeticule

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Meeticule for your personal or business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Meeticule offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Meeticule to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Record meetings without proper consent
• Infringe on others' privacy or intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

9. Third-Party Services

Meeticule integrates with third-party services including AssemblyAI for transcription and OpenAI/Google Gemini for AI analysis. Your use of these integrations may be subject to additional terms and conditions from these providers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

MEETICULE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meeticule and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
